As a point of contact for employees who have joined our group, you will take ownership of the onboarding / offboarding, HRIS management and compliance for all of our offices within the business unit. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Human Resources Team located in the Calgary office. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparing offer letters and exit documentation.
- Enter and update employee data in the HRIS and other internal systems.
- Assist in responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs to both employees and managers.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment efforts such as conducting pre-screens and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare analytics and reports monthly, quarterly, ad hoc.
- Conduct data analysis on various HR initiatives.
- Support the Business Unit’s Human Resources team with various tasks, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
