Duties

- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Assist in managing reservations through phone systems or hotel management software.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
