What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute seasonal, locally inspired menus (with room for your own signature dishes)
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance
- Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff as we grow
- Collaborate on events, pop-ups, and special menus to build our brand
- Manage food costs and work within budget while maintaining exceptional quality
- Ensure a consistently outstanding dining experience for guests
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen role
- Creativity and passion for developing unique, high-quality dishes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a kitchen team
- Knowledge of sourcing local, sustainable ingredients
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a start-up environment where adaptability is key
- Knowledge of franchising is an asset
