Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, energetic Guest Services Representative to join our team at Quality Inn and Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations. Your contributions will enhance our guests' experiences while maintaining the hotel's operational integrity.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Handle phone calls promptly with proper phone etiquette, addressing guest needs or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts as well as part of a team during the day.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
