We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role that supports both front desk operations and office administration. This is a part-time or full-time position, depending on availability, and includes two front desk shifts per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests during assigned front desk shifts
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Support the General Manager and Sales team with administrative tasks
- Assist with compiling sales reports, tracking group bookings, and maintaining client databases
- Manage filing, data entry, and general office organization
- Respond to emails and phone calls professionally
- Help coordinate and prepare materials for meetings or training sessions
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling paperwork
- Provide backup support to the front desk team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior hospitality or administrative experience is an asset
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Availability for two weekly front desk shifts (including weekends or evenings as needed)
