Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Representative:
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting with customers directly to answer product inquiries and address any questions or concerns
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive sales interaction
- Implement unique sales and marketing techniques to increase our consumer base
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, services, and brand benefits through daily meetings with the Client Services Representative team
- Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and lead-generation strategies
- Collaborate with Client Services Representative team members and support leadership in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Monitor and report sales progress to the senior Client Services Representative team
Qualifications and Requirements for the Client Services Representative:
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role is ideal, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers directly
- A positive and future-focused mentality
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the ambition to become leaders in the sales field
- Ability to achieve sales goals independently and as a key member of a group

Pay: $34,052.12-$58,959.10 per year
