We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our clients' direct investing business. This is a growth-focused role where you’ll lead acquisition efforts through mass marketing and digital campaigns, with some support for lifecycle initiatives that keep customers engaged.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketer who is data-driven, brings creative agency experience, and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results and support the next stage of growth.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase customer acquisition and market share in direct investing.
Partner with digital acquisition, product, and internal teams to deliver awareness, consideration, and conversion campaigns with clear KPIs.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform go-to-market and offer strategy.
Manage development of creative and media briefs, budgets, timelines, and agency relationships.
Oversee integrated campaigns, ensuring seamless alignment with lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Produce reports, dashboards, and campaign analyses to evaluate performance and optimize strategy.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align marketing priorities.
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, or direct investing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with creative agency management or direct agency background is a strong asset.
Knowledge of digital acquisition and mass marketing channels (media, search, social, display).
Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
A self-directed investor with personal experience in investing considered an asset.
