Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, including meats, vegetables, and seafood, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and adheres to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timing for service.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
- Help train new kitchen staff on grill techniques and safety practices as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a cooking or grill position, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and other cooking appliances.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
