HIRING: RECEPTIONIST
Full-time – In-Studio
Body Works Tattoo Studio is looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional receptionist to join our growing team.
This is more than just a desk job, you’ll be the face of the studio, welcoming clients, keeping things organized, and helping our artists stay on track in a fast-paced, creative environment.
DUTIES INCLUDE
- Greet and check in clients and visitors professionally
- Answer phones and client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage artist calendars
- Keep the front desk and lobby tidy and stocked
- Perform clerical tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Assist with supply tracking and basic QuickBooks entries (if applicable)
- Support artists with time management and session prep
BONUS SKILLS (Not Required, But a Plus)
- Helping with social media
- Taking photos/videos of tattoo work
- Editing short content and assisting with online presence
- Compensation can increase based on skills in these areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- QuickBooks knowledge is a bonus
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Team player with a welcoming attitude

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
