The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Server to join our team at Stonesedge Kitchen, one of Whistler’s most iconic destinations for creative cocktails, hearty meals, and a cozy Whistler atmosphere. What You Bring to the Table
- Positive attitude and a passion for Making People Happy
- Strong guest service skills and excellent communication with both guests and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- 19+ years old
- Serving It Right certification (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset
- Experience with high-quality wines, spirits, and cocktails is an asset
- Proficient with POS systems and comfortable handling cash/credit transactions
Your Days Will Look Like
- Greet and engage guests warmly, providing menus and answering questions
- Make thoughtful food and drink recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Take and deliver orders accurately, ensuring food and beverages are served promptly
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready service areas throughout the shift
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service smooth and efficient
- Promote and sell Après Passes and TAG experiences to guests
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems, cash, or credit
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and Serving It Right protocols at all times
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Other duties as reasonably directed
