Responsibilities Include:
- To work as part of a team in a residential setting;
- Supervision and monitoring of clients; assist with AM routines and personal care;
- Conduct appointments;
- Administer medication as required;
- Responsible for completion of day shift duties (i.e Grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, lunch/ meal preparation);
- Ability to be an effective liaison with schools, parents, and other outside professionals.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary certificate in DSW, CYW, or equivalent/ related University Degree and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Developmental/ behavioural Challenges
- Good organization and time management;
- Driver’s License and clean abstract is mandatory;
- Reliable, punctual, good communication skills (verbal and written).
- * Hours of Work: Mon – Fri (7am – 3 or 4 pm), or as needed to meet program needs.
