Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to uphold service standards.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee the reservation system and manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and effective communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Implement promotional activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Experience
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and reservation software is a plus.
