Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for frying brioche donuts , with experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Fry Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-qulaity donuts to our customers while maintaining food safety standards and ensuring a clean kitchen environment.
Duties

- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including fryers, cooking equipment, and work surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Assist in preparation, and preparing other ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of cooking supplies and communicate needs to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, particularly frying methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
