**Server**
*Request:
- Must be available on Tue, Wed and Thur: 4:30 - 8:30PM. Please attach your availability.
- Having SmartServe for serving Alcohol.
- Having experience in working at Vietnamese/ Asian restaurant or knowlege about Vietnamese/Asian food.
**Duties:**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Process customer payments using a POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
**Experience:**
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is needed.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
