Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer support skills and have a background in administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk experience for both patients and staff. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using Google Suite.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records and information.
- Handle incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the management of billing processes using QuickBooks, including processing payments and insurance claims.
- Provide customer support by addressing patient concerns and facilitating effective communication between patients and dental staff.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Collaborate with dental receptionists to ensure seamless operations throughout the office.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications for scheduling and documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry tasks.
- Strong customer support abilities with a focus on providing exceptional service to patients.
- Effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in an administrative role is advantageous.
