Located in the heart of downtown Toronto at The Well, Vie Nail and Beauty Salon is a modern and luxurious destination for self-care, style, and wellness. Our boutique salon offers expert nail care, beauty treatments, and relaxation services in a serene, elegant environment.
We are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience—from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
If you have experience working in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment and knowledge of nail services, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Greet all clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and scheduling using spa booking software (Zenoti experience is an asset).
- Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payment transactions.
- Answer inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email; provide details about services, promotions, and spa etiquette.
- Coordinate with technicians and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Promote salon services and retail products where appropriate.
- Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception area in line with Vie’s brand and standards.

Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience in a spa, nail salon, or hospitality environment is required.
- Knowledge of nail services and beauty treatments is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with phone/email communication and booking systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Professional appearance with a polished, calm demeanor.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
