We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, particularly in a barbershop setting.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep patient records up to date.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and communication.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle client inquiries regarding services, cosmetics etc.
Skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for appointment scheduling and data management.
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist is desirable.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to type efficiently to support administrative duties.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and staff effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications for daily tasks.
