Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience, while also supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage booking systems
- Provide information about clinic services and promotions
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist the clinical team with administrative support when needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or hospitality (clinic or spa setting is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a busy environment
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude
