The award-winning Trickle Creek Lodge is hiring a part-time Front Desk Attendant. At Trickle Creek Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is welcoming, smooth, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Address and resolve guest concerns
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable using computers, reservation systems, and office equipment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Conditions:
- Working holidays and weekends can be expected
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
