WMK Auto Repair is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist with inquiries or appointments
- Schedule service appointments and manage booking systems efficiently
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide detailed information about services offered
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services requested, and payments
- Communicate effectively with the mechanic team to ensure timely service updates for customers
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and work toward timely solutions
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with essential materials
- Assist with light administrative tasks and support daily shop operations as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles (auto repair or service industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work environment
- Proficient with basic computer systems and booking/scheduling software
- Friendly, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn about automotive services and customer needs
