Duties
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Hapana software (preferred)
- Monitor member check-ins and ensure proper registration procedures
- Direct guests and appointments to the appropriate team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and studio environment
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Process point-of-sale transactions (retail, memberships, etc.)
- Promote studio services and respond to membership inquiries
Skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Experience with front desk operations; fitness or wellness industry preferred
- Familiarity with Hapana software is a strong asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable maintaining cleanliness and order in a studio setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
