Are you someone who enjoys working with people and contributing to a supportive healthcare environment? South Vancouver Physiotherapy Clinic is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist to join our multidisciplinary team.
We’re located on the second floor of Superstore in South Vancouver and offer services in physiotherapy, massage therapy, and kinesiology. Our team is committed to high-quality care and a welcoming clinic experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and assist with appointment bookings (in-person, phone, email)
- Manage patient check-in/out, billing, insurance claims, and payments
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records (scanning, filing, data entry)
- Prepare treatment rooms and support general clinic cleanliness
- Coordinate with third-party insurers (ICBC, WSBC, etc.)
- Monitor and restock supplies
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Capable of handling confidential information with care
- Adaptable and proactive when facing new tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role
- Familiarity with appointment booking software (Jane App is a plus)
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and general office tools

- Job Type: Part-Time / Casual
- Pay: $18–$19 per hour
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts is required
- Preference given to candidates local to South Vancouver and interested in long-term opportunities
