We are a French bakery and café specializing in authentic French pastries and artisan coffee. We bake everything in house from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Food Prep includes cutting butter and prepping almond croissants
- Greet customer, take their order, package pastries
- Assist bakers in prep work
- Be responsible for various station such as cashier, espresso station and sandwich station
- General facility cleaning and dishwashing
- Packaging cookies and baked goods
- Must be able to work on weekends and some weekdays. Starting time could be from 7:15am and end at 5:30 depending on the shift.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and must be efficient
- Must be able to work independently
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Location: Must be able to work at our Mark location on 1007 8 St SW. Potential of turning into full time.
