As a Flood Technician Specialist, you’ll work alongside some of the most awesome people you'll ever meet, contribute to meaningful restoration projects, and get involved in community initiatives—from local sports sponsorships to team and charity events.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our restoration team, your responsibilities may include:
- Performing demolition and structural drying
- Cleaning and deodorizing fire and smoke-damaged properties
- Handling emergency flood situations
- Drying, cleaning, and restoring contents
- Moving and storing clients’ belongings with great care
- Working in all weather conditions, including heights and tight spaces
- Assisting with warehouse tasks and general job site duties
- Following all safety protocols and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule (evenings/weekends with overtime)
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Restoration and/or content handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexible, dependable, honest, and accountable
- Positive attitude and willingness to help across departments
- Eager to participate in a fun and collaborative work culture
