Fire and Flood is looking for an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our growing team in our Prince Albert location. When disaster affects a home or business, our team is first on site. You bring reassurance to customers in stressful moments. By securing the property, cleaning affected areas, and setting up equipment, you create the foundation for a smooth and successful restoration.
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting day-to-day site operations, ensuring work areas are safe, organized, and running efficiently. You will provide restoration technician duties and assist seconds and leads in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including site-specific procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site
- Complete required on-site documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
- Set up necessary tools, materials, and equipment at job sites, including dust containment systems
- Support on-site and assist with basic tasks as directed:
- Clean, pack and list items
- Clean equipment
- Removal materials
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and teammates to support smooth project flow
Qualifications
- Min 2-3 years experience in construction, remediation or restoration environments
- IICRC Certifications (Water, Fire, etc) considered a strong asset
- Skilled in using common hand and power tools; familiarity with restoration equipment and technology
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50lbs, bending, and working in various conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions closely
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation and app-based tasks

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
