Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes.
Our ideal candidate oversees day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role bridges projects and field operations, coordinating between site crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and administrative staff. This role is crucial in enhancing productivity, improving quality, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Oversight
- Manage daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, plans, and specifications.
- Supervise field staff to maintain productivity and quality.
- Monitor work progress, resolve delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce company and regulatory safety policies, conducting regular inspections and safety meetings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, environmental regulations, and company standards.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support field crews to achieve project objectives.
- Resolve conflicts, provide direction, and ensure clear communication between site and office.
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend training when needed.
Budget & Resource Management
- Track labor, equipment, and material usage to control costs.
- Review and approve employee timesheets.
- Assist in forecasting and reporting project budgets.
Quality Control
- Inspect work to ensure alignment with design documents, quality standards, and client expectations.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for field-related inquiries.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in construction management, field supervision, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building science, construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Solid leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with MS office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
