Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Field Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a background in customer service, ensuring smooth operations in our field activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate field operations and ensure timely communication with team members.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for various projects.
- Provide exceptional customer support and address inquiries professionally.
- Manage filing systems and maintain organized documentation.
- Purchasing materials and deliveries to work sites.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Previous office experience is preferred.

Everyday is different, travel is part of the job, a company vehicle is provided, as the work requirements come from Brockville, Prescott, Cornwall, Smith Falls, Kingston and Ottawa.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
