Mandarin-Speaking Primary Care Physician for RMEDY Health & Wellness

RMEDY Health & Wellness is a modern preventative health clinic that integrates conventional and functional medicine to help patients achieve optimal wellness. We offer a range of services including hormone optimization, advanced diagnostics, IV therapy, specialty testing, and screening ultrasounds. Our team of multidisciplinary practitioners works collaboratively to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Mandarin-speaking Primary Care Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventative care, open to integrative approaches, and able to provide culturally sensitive care to our Mandarin-speaking patients. This role is part-time with flexible hours and a supportive administrative and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered primary care in a preventative health model
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, follow-ups, and patient education
- Order and interpret lab work and imaging, including advanced diagnostics
- Collaborate with functional medicine consultants and allied health providers
- Support patients with chronic disease management, health optimization, and wellness plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic protocols
- Deliver care in both Mandarin and English, with fluency in Mandarin required
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and licensed to practice in British Columbia
- CMPA membership in good standing
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Experience or strong interest in integrative/functional medicine is preferred
- Comfortable with a private-pay model and patient education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
