About the Role
We are seeking an Experienced Baker to join our day shift team at our high-volume Bakery Production Kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you will work across all stages of production — from scooping and sheeting to baking, oven control, and final assembly — while ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform large-scale bakery production tasks, including scooping, sheeting, baking, oven management, and product assembly
- Ensure consistency and quality across high-volume production runs of a wide variety of baked goods
- Maintain accurate oven schedules, baking times, and temperatures for optimal product results
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets while minimizing waste
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment
- Contribute to process improvements and support new product introductions
- Additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of hands-on bakery experience in a high-volume commercial or production environment
- Strong technical skills in baking, oven management, and scaling production for large batches
- Ability to work with a diverse range of bakery products (cookies, pastries, specialty items)
- A true team player with excellent collaboration skills
- High attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to operate commercial bakery equipment safely and effectively
- Flexible to work early morning 6:30am start or mid-day start 11:00am; working on afternoon shift, but training on days, Sunday to Thursday with the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, morning, afternoon, over-time and holidays as needed
