**Hiring: Dispatcher and inventory / Job coordinator**

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher, inventory management and putting the parts together for the technician’s jobs. This role is essential in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Answer incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

- MOVE FURNACES AND AIR CONDITIONERS AROUND THE SHOP as needed to prepare for technician assignments. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED.

- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all materials and equipment are ready for upcoming jobs.

- Use our software system to schedule and book appointments for technicians based on customer needs and technician availability.

- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and scheduling changes.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and technician schedules.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve service delivery.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or dispatching is a plus.

- Proven experience in a dispatch or customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.

- Proficient in using software systems and technology; familiarity with dispatch software is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
