We are seeking a results-driven Director of Marketing Communications to elevate our brand, strengthen investor relations, and deliver communications that drive corporate performance. This leader will be accountable for ensuring our organization consistently shows up as a sophisticated, professional, and credible partner in investment and real estate markets.
The Director will translate strategy into execution, delivering measurable outcomes across brand positioning, investor communications, media engagement, and change management. With a strong focus on excellence and impact, this role will ensure our executives and stakeholders are supported with clear, compelling, and polished communications that enhance trust and accelerate business growth.
In addition to the duties typically expected of a seasoned professional marketing communications leader, responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Lead the company’s marketing communications strategy to directly support corporate objectives and growth.
- Serve as steward of the brand, ensuring consistent, professional, and market-leading representation.
- Oversee content strategy and thought leadership to strengthen visibility and influence.
- Define KPIs and deliver performance reporting to track and improve communications effectiveness.
Investor & Executive Communications
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and compelling investor reports.
- Develop and present professional-grade investor decks, presentations, and fundraising materials that win stakeholder confidence.
- Drive visibility and positioning in key investment and industry markets to support business development.
PR & Media Relations
- Build and leverage relationships with media, analysts, and industry associations to extend reach and credibility.
- Deliver impactful press releases, announcements, and campaigns that strengthen reputation and brand equity.
Change Management & Innovation
- Lead communication strategies during organizational change, acquisitions, and integrations to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Deliver clear, consistent messaging that drives stakeholder confidence during transitions.
- Improve communications effectiveness by adopting emerging tools such as AI, and innovative practices to stay ahead of market expectations.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy, or investor relations, ideally in real estate, investment, or financial services.
- Proven ability to deliver polished, performance-driven communications that support corporate strategy.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and media relations skills with demonstrated impact on brand visibility and stakeholder confidence.
- Track record of driving measurable results across communications, brand, and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
