  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Quadient’s strategic goals.

Your Profile

  • Strong track record of managing both strategy and tactical execution in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

  • Experience working with partners, channels, and GSIs to develop programs that drive awareness, demand, and sales.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.

  • Proven success in managing and expanding partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Ability to travel: up to 25% domestic, 5% international.
