Director, Strategic Alliances – Customer Communication Management

As a Director of Strategic Alliances, you’ll play a critical role in building and managing high-impact partnerships. You are a well-connected professional with a strong business mindset, the ability to influence at all levels, and a passion for driving customer success.
This role will have a direct impact on pipeline and bookings growth by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships, including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), while working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and professional services. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Alliances and collaborate across multiple functions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute partner sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive bookings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate industry shifts.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, professional services) to ensure partnership success.
Manage and grow existing alliances, identifying opportunities for expansion.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with Quadient’s strategic goals.
Your Profile
Strong track record of managing both strategy and tactical execution in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Experience working with partners, channels, and GSIs to develop programs that drive awareness, demand, and sales.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
5+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software or cloud ecosystems.
Proven success in managing and expanding partnerships.
Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
Ability to travel: up to 25% domestic, 5% international.
Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $110,000.00 - $132,000.00 CAD annually.
