Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to help take Fuzz to the next level. This is a full-time partly emote role, ideal for someone who’s passionate about brand building and business impact. You'll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that support both national brand growth and individual franchise success.
You’ll lead our marketing initiatives from end to end—developing integrated campaigns, overseeing content creation, and digging into the data to optimize results. A big part of your focus will be on franchise marketing: supporting our franchise partners with tools and strategies to drive local store traffic, developing scalable campaigns that deliver measurable results, and creating a playbook for local success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-wide and local marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and guest engagement.
- Partner closely with franchisees to support local marketing efforts through toolkits, training, and one-on-one guidance.
- Design and optimize campaigns that increase guest traffic to franchise locations, using both traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze marketing data and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and franchise development teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Project manage all marketing initiaves between Fuzz HQ, franchisees and third party vendors
- Identify trends and opportunities to innovate and grow our marketing impact.
Qualifications
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FRANCHISE MARKETING
- Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of local and franchise marketing dynamics
- Ability to drive customer acquisition and in-store traffic through marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with franchisees and cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or franchise industry is a plus
- Interest in technology, AI integration.
- International experience is a plus
- French speaking and writing is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
