Job Description
Working as a member of a customer focused team, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: servicing and preparing food for patients; transporting and assembling patient meals on patient units; cleaning up of kitchen; disassembling trays; operating the dishwasher and putting away dishes. Other cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Good interpersonal skills required in order to interact with other Hospital staff and patients
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position - physically able to operate, load and unload the dishwasher and push heavy carts when transporting patient food trays to the floors
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record required
The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.

Hours: Monday to Sunday, various rotating shifts and EOW (subject to change based on operational requirements)
Salary: $27.02 to $27.54 per hour
