As a Deposit Administrator, you will:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to members and staff on a wide range of deposit and investment products such as RRSPs, RRIFs, TFSAs, and GICs.
  • Accurately process transactions including new deposits, renewals, redemptions, and transfers.
  • Ensure reports and records are completed on time and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver administrative support to keep systems, documentation, and correspondence organized and up to date.
  • Stay current on financial regulations to ensure members receive trusted, compliant service.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma with at least one year financial institution experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to process information accurately and efficiently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

  • This is a 1 year term position.

Additional Details

All offers of employment are conditional upon the acceptance of an Individual Fidelity Bond Application, which includes a criminal check and credit check.


Bondability Requirement
Candidates must meet the requirements to be bondable under a fidelity bond policy. This may include considerations such as criminal history, credit standing, and other factors assessed by our insurer.
