Edmonton BMW has an opportunity for a Full-Time Administrator to join our dealership in South Edmonton. We are looking for someone that is willing to go the extra mile, someone that isn’t afraid of a challenge. As our Dealership Administrator, you are the person responsible for being the customer’s first contact when they walk into the dealership. As such, you need to be professional, presentable, and pleasant as the majority of the role requires a high level of customer service. Previous dealership experience an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting/meeting customers
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Inventory management
- Sales administration
- Cleaning of customer service lounge and coffee area
- Faxing, photocopying, and general filing
