Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing details.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills
- Proficiency in using office software
- Previous experience in a dental office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English.
