About the role
Cook-first role in a busy Italian kitchen. You’ll hand-stretch dough, top and bake on a convention oven, and run the salad/cold station with speed and consistency.
You’ll cook
- Hand-stretch, top, and bake pizzas to spec
- Run the salad/cold station (mise, portioning, plating)
- Keep pars tight; label/date and rotate (FIFO)
Team rotation (short, fair, scheduled)
- When tickets pause on weekdays, take a short turn at the dish station
- Reset/clean your station and help with basic end-of-shift tasks
- (Weekends we have a dedicated dishwasher.)
What you bring
- 1+ year pizza or cold-station experience (high volume is a plus)
- Pace, cleanliness, and teamwork under pressure
- Evening/weekend availability; FR and/or EN

Vous cuisinez

- Station salades (mise en place, portions, dressage)
- Gestion des pars; étiquetage/rotation (PEPS)
Rotation d’équipe (courte, équitable, planifiée)
- En semaine, lorsqu’il y a un creux, courte prise de la plonge
- Remise à niveau/nettoyage de votre poste en fin de quart
(La fin de semaine, un plongeur est prévu.)
Profil
- 1+ an d’expérience pizza/station froide (volume = atout)
- Vitesse, propreté, esprit d’équipe
- Disponibilité soirs/fins de semaine; FR et/ou EN
