Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dental Practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of Dental Office procedures. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth workflow, managing staff, and providing exceptional patient care. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for implementing office policies, and maintaining compliance with Dental regulations.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Dental Office staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage patient scheduling, billing, and electronic dental records using Tracker and Abeldent software.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and ensure compliance with Medical/Dental terminology standards.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Dental Professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and address any operational challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in dental management and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a dental office setting is required.
- Familiarity with Tracker and Abeldent software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical and dental terminology and electronic dental records management.
- Being able to work with insurance companies.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential for effective team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
