The Opportunity
The Data Quality Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of data across the organization. Working closely with leadership and staff, this position supports data-informed decision-making, conducts audits, delivers training, and helps maintain compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights that drive service excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and audit data entry practices to ensure accuracy, privacy, and compliance with internal and funder requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to generate service statistics and support strategic planning and reporting
- Provide training and coaching to staff on effective use of the client data system
- Identify and resolve data quality issues across client and administrative records
- Support data analysis and knowledge mobilization to inform decision-making and improve services
- Champion data quality as a shared organizational responsibility
- Liaise across teams to promote consistent data practices and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Degree or diploma in related Social/Human Sciences – University preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge related to data analysis to inform decision making
- Must have access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and working with client databases
