Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service at all times.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records in the system.
- Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer applications to manage communications and documentation efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills are essential.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
