Our Kitchener, Ontario, Canada office, is searching for a bi-lingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative that will strive to provide an optimal customer service experience for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative for Mouser, you will correspond with customers via telephone, email and chat, accurately process various types of customer requests and inquiries regarding Mouser services, and generate new and repeat business through customer service initiative and offering associated products and promotional items. Our service initiatives include following up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, promoting and maintaining high standards of quality and service excellence, monitoring and delivery and quality to meet customer requirements. This position requires self-motivation, effective time-management and organizational skills, the ability to meet productivity and quality standards and:
Professional verbal and written communication in English and French(minimum), including in a telephone environment. Additional languages may be required.
Fluent reading and writing in English and French.
Ability to type data for long periods of time.
Proficient typing and math.
PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficient with internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
Ability to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, printed reports, and a dual terminal screen.
Able and willing to use our telephone headsets.
Neat and legible handwriting.
