THE ROLE
As a Corporate Services Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and manage the Corporate Services Program at the BFC Bagotville. You will manage the workflow of corporate services activities. You will develop budgets and business plans for the B/W/U corporate services activities. You will control assets and authorize financial transactions/ commitments within an approved budget. You will negotiate and manage agreements and accounts. You will identify and solicit sponsorship opportunities, liaise with sponsorship clients and advertisers. You will develop and implement local marketing and sponsorship SOPs, policies and guidelines. You will develop and implement marketing campaigns. You will conduct market research. You will manage and organize information, reference material and resources for Non-Public Property activities (such as information kiosk).
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or Advertising or a related field AND several years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field
AND
A valid Driver’s License (Quebec)
Experience
In corporate sponsorship and sales solicitation
In market research
In developing sponsorship packages and contracts
In managing projects
In negotiating and managing contracts
In writing proposals for funding
In promotion, event marketing, media and field marketing initiatives
In budget administration
In personnel administration
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
