Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Services Manager to join our Opening team for the Home 2 by Hilton Vaughan. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous Hilton Experience is preferred and the ideal candidate has been exposed to Pre-opening of a new Hotel and has led a Team in a Supervisor or Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Assists General Manager with Revenue Management strategy
- Hires and trains of new team members
- Sets up the Front Office Department in line with Hilton Brand Standards
- Leads the Front Office Department as the Hilton Ambassador for Hilton Honors
- Hands on Leader that works the Front Desk
- Prepares schedules
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality. Previous Hilton Experience an asset.
- Experience in front desk operations within a hotel environment is preferred.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding guest services.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
