Keltic is looking for a hard-working individual to join our Corporate Sales Team. This role is pivotal in supporting our corporate sales department to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and have excellent communication skills.
Scope:
- Follow corporate sales process by collecting customer needs, wants, requirements, and basic contact information.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and customer retention.
- Make client appointments, product quotes, and follow up with customers.
- Answering phone calls and replying to daily emails and messages.
- Maintain client complaints with and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
- Work with corporate team to meet and exceed customer deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capable of working independently and as a part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the corporate sales team and the company.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
