The Facility Management & Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of corporate facilities. This position ensures that office environments are safe, efficient, and well-maintained, while coordinating support services and vendor activities. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact for facility-related requests and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Operational Support
Assist in the coordination of maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain inventory of office and facility equipment.
Vendor & Service Coordination
Liaise with building owner and external vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
Track service contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Space & Workplace Management
Support office moves, furniture setups, and space planning activities.
Maintain accurate records of seating plans and office layouts.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Assist with safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Support emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.
Administrative Duties
Manage facility-related documentation, reports, and records.
Process invoices and assist with budget planning and tracking.
Corporate Support Services
Coordinate reception of equipment and general office support functions.
Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and corporate activities.
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent in Facility Management, Administration, or related field.
3 years + of experience in facility coordination or office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Presence at the office and
Available after regular hours for emergency call.
