Job Posting: In-Home Cook (Part-Time) Location: Edmonton, AB (Private Residence) Position Type: Part-Time, 1 Meal Per Day Compensation: Based on experience Description: We are looking for a reliable and experienced cook to come into our home and prepare one fresh, healthy meal per day. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, well-versed in Indian cuisine, and also comfortable preparing a variety of healthy and international dishes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare one nutritious and balanced meal per day in-home Plan menus based on dietary preferences and health goals Ensure kitchen is left clean and organized after use Occasionally prep ingredients for future meals, if requested Requirements: Formal culinary training or equivalent experience Food Handler’s Certificate and other relevant certifications Proven experience with Indian cooking (North and/or South Indian styles) Familiarity with healthy, whole-food-based meal preparation Respect for dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten-free, dairy-free, low histamine, etc.) Professional, trustworthy, and punctual Assets (not required but a plus): Experience working in private homes Knowledge of other global cuisines Background in nutrition or wellness How to Apply: Please send a brief introduction, resume, and any relevant certifications to [your email address] with the subject line: Home Cook Application.
