Nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur(euse) financier(ère) pour assurer la gestion complète des opérations comptables et appuyer la direction dans ses décisions financières.
Responsabilités
- Gérer le cycle comptable complet
- Produire la documentation financière de fin d’année
- Mettre en place et maintenir les contrôles internes
- Élaborer les budgets, les prévisions et la gestion de la trésorerie
- Analyser les marges et la rentabilité
- Assurer la conformité fiscale (TPS/TVQ, DAS, impôts)
- Appuyer la planification stratégique avec des analyses financières
Profil recherché
- Autonomie complète en comptabilité
- Maîtrise d’Excel et des logiciels comptables
- Esprit analytique, souci du détail et sens de l’organisation
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Parfaitement bilingue
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration

Skeer designs and manufactures innovative grading equipment for the construction industry and distributes across North America. We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee our accounting and financial operations and support leadership with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete accounting cycle
- Prepare year-end financial documentation and reports
- Implement and maintain financial controls and internal processes
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Conduct profitability and margin analysis
- Ensure tax compliance (GST/QST, payroll deductions, corporate filings)
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning
Ideal Profile
- Fully autonomous in accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Perfectly bilingual
- Comfortable working independently and in a collaborative environment
