We are currently hiring for a Clinic Administrator to assist in supporting our team as a "floater" between our Mississauga, Brantford, Burlington and Hamilton locations . If you enjoy variety and travel between locations, we have a position that may be right for you. This role is full-time and offers a unique opportunity to join a compassionate, team-oriented organization dedicated to accessible denture and implant care.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and manage front desk activities
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Maintain and clean operatories
- Assist in denture consultations and review treatment plans
- Submit and file insurance claims
- Collect payments and manage daily transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, adaptable professionals who enjoy helping people
- Organized and detail-oriented individuals
- Tech-savvy and confident communicators (phone and in person)
- Team players who can also work independently
- Comfortable in changing environments (for multi-location roles)
- Prior healthcare or customer service experience is an asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for multi-location support positions
